The XM8-Scorpions was released during the SvS event, 16/5/2012. Its other variant is the XM8-Spiders.
Overview
The XM8-Scorpions is a variant of the Assault Rifle made by Heckler & Koch released during the Spiders vs. Scorpions II event (2012). Its statistics are nearly identical to that of the original XM8, with a slight decrease in recoil. The XM8-Scorpions looks identical to the regular variant, but the grip underneath the barrel and the stock are painted light green to match the color scheme of the Scorpions, along with having the faction's logo and name on one side of the gun. The faction variants also have a slightly increased ammunition capacity from the normal variant, increased from 30/90 to 35/105.

Trivia
- The XM8-Spiders and the XM8-Scorpions' ability to tap fire was changed at first to be different from the normal XM8. However, Nexon returned the XM8 tapfiring capability to both of these variants during the 4th Anniversary of the game.
- Both the XM8 Spiders and XM8 Scorpions share a deeper firing sound than that of the original XM8.
