This Uzi was created using a lightweight metal alloy to reduce weight for portability. It still makes quite a racket, but makes up for it with reduced recoil and increased damage.
  — Item Description

The UZI Metal is a GP-Rare Sub Machine Gun that was released on March 21st, 2013 during the Operation: Junk Flea 2 update.

Overview[]

The UZI Metal is a major improvement of its GP-Standard counterpart - the UZI. It has 5 points more damage and 1 point more accuracy. It is unlocked at the rank of Second Lieutenant/I and costs 5,880 GP for  7 days.

Like the UZI, it retains the high rate of fire and low spread. The UZI Metal is perfect for the close quarters maps, where it excels at spraying with high chances of headshots. Its stats are similar to the VB Berapi LP02.

Similar to the original UZI, the UZI Metal still has relatively controllable spread and its recoil more often than not moves straight up. This fact when combined with its high rate of fire and more respectable damage for a GP weapon of this caliber, makes this gun ideal for pulling off headshots. It is recommended (as with most weapons) to aim at the upper chest. The recoil will move toward the head leading to a clean and efficient 1 shot kill to the head. If the user opts for bodyshots, the 35 damage will allow it to deal 4 shot kills in close range only. Ranges past this will cause the weapon to deal 5-6 shot kills. In other words, this weapon is not ideal for medium or long range firefights.

Trivia[]

  • The current firing sound is different than from the one in the Content Preview.
  • Although it supposedly has the same 90 rate of fire as the UZI, the UZI Metal's firing sound gives the appearance of actually firing slower than its GP-Standard counterpart.
  • This is the first GP rare weapon one can unlock.
