The Sickle is a melee weapon released during the 11-12-08 Patch. It is a tool used for trimming grass in reality, but its curved blade makes it an ideal weapon for melee combat as well. In Combat Arms, it is a Shop-bought Melee weapon.

Overview
Edit
One of the most distinguished ability of this weapon is its freakish attack rate. With its power, attack range, and attack speed, players have a rather large advantage against other Melee weapon users in Knife Only Matches. Though it was stronger than the G.I. Shovel, the 3-25-09 Patch lowered the strength of this weapon dramatically, but it is still noticeably stronger than the default M9. This weapon deals a weak 2-hit-kill to the chest .
Not many players use the secondary attack of this weapon, for it is not a one-hit-kill move and it is reasonably slower than the super-fast primary attack. However, if the player is aware of the target's low health, then they would use the secondary lunge attack.
The players that use the Sickle are often called "Sickle noobs" because the sickle is too easy to use but kills so efficiently. Even high level players choose this weapon even though they have access to much higher weapons.
This weapon is usually used upon in melee only matches as it has one of the longest range capabilities for a melee weapon, and also because of the fact that it is obtainable at a very low rank for GP purchase.
