The PP-19 MOD is a variant of the PP-19 available in the Black Market. It has an attached suppressor and a HDS-4 Reflex Sight. The weapon is stronger than the MP5 MOD by two points, but the PP-19 MOD boasts a higher recoil and slower rate of fire. There are some slight advantages to using this gun over the regular PP-19. Even though the stats don't show it, many players find that it takes fewer shots to kill enemies with the PP-19 MOD than with the regular PP-19. Also, the built-in HDS-4 Reflex Sight makes getting headshots more common, especially in close quarters. Other than that, the regular PP-19 is very close in stats to this gun. Strangely enough, the fire rate, despite being marked as the same is a little bit slower than the PP-19, PP-19 CAMO, and Scorpion's PP-19 MOD. Whether this is due to the suppressor firing sound, or an actual problem is yet to be confirmed. However, this can be countered by customizing it with trigger parts to bring its fire rate to on par or even better than its variants.

TriviaEdit
- Previously, the PP-19 and variants could be fitted with Extended Magazines, allowing for an unparalleled 80 rounds. However, after numerous complaints about how unbalanced this was, Nexon removed the ability to attach magazine modifications to the PP-19 family.
- The PP-19 MOD actually has the same spread as the PP-19, while most people think that the PP-19 MOD has lower spread.
- As of January 2011, this weapon was retired from being purchased permanently. It was being sold for 12,450 NX/permanent on Wednesday 01-05-11-Wednesday 01-12-11at 11:00 am PST.
- On May 30th 2011, at 11am (Pacific), the PP-19 MOD was on sale for Permanent duration at 14,940 NX .
- It was available for permanent duration in the Return of the Perms Sale 2 for 19,920 NX.
