The P90 TR is a Black Market variant of the P90 and was added during the 2-04-09 Patch. Unlike the GP version, the P90 TR has a pre-attached Suppressor and a top rail. The top rail removed the integrated reflex sight but allows players to attach a Scope of their choosing.

• TR stands for Triple Rail, as the P90 TR has a top rail and two short side rails.
• The P90 TR has less spread than the P90.
• It was sold as a permanent weapon for the price of 24.900 CASH from 06/28/12 to 07/05/12, in Combat Arms Brazil.
• Nexon retired this weapon from being purchased permanently in December 2010. It then was sold for 12,950 NX/permanent on Wednesday 12-22-10-Wednesday 01-05-11 at 11:00 am PST.
• It was available for 50% off permanent duration during the Shut Up And Take Our Perms Sale.
