The M60 is one of the first weapons available in Combat Arms.

OverviewEdit

Though a very powerful weapon in real life, CA's version of the M60 has been greatly reduced in potential.

Some of the downfalls are its very heavy weight (second heaviest gun in the game, next to the M2 Browning) makes movement very slow, which makes you an easy target for snipers. If you have Hauser, a big backpack, and an M60, you might as well just stand still. While it does have low spread and decent accuracy, the lack of damage and moderate rate-of-fire (compared to the other MGs) makes for a poor offensive weapon.

• The M60 has the same damage as the AK-47 (ingame).
• The metal rail on the M60 in real-life can be taken off to make reloading easier but making aiming harder.
