This weapon seems to consist of the following weapons:

the M416 CQB
the M134 Minigun
the MP7 MOD Steel
the TAR-21
A sniper scope
and the PSG-1 CAMO
A standard fragmentation grenade and a set of Aviator Glasses are also part of this weapon (former at the bottom, latter at the top). Obviously, these are not primary-class weapons (the glasses don't even belong to any type of weapon, for that matter).

None of the weapons that make up the M419 have a "9" in their name.
The April Fools' Joke marks the first time this weapon has been alluded to since the Blabber Box series ended.
This weapon was on 'sale' for 999,997 NX.
