The Sako TRG-21 is a bolt action sniper rifle that was added in the 1/19/11 Content Update. It bears much resemblance to the TPG-1.

Overview

The Sako TRG-21 is a very accurate bolt action sniper rifle, with an accuracy of 98. It has a very loud gunshot noise which gives away user's position quite easily. The range on the TRG-21 is shorter than most sniper rifles. Though normally unnoticeable, it may be troublesome if you are sniping across Kill Creek as the bullet will fail to make the distance. The other major drawback of this weapon is the spread. After firing, it takes about 4 seconds for the spread to settle completely. This can be easily remedied by quick switching. It can be fitted with any magazine modification, but its scope cannot be changed and a suppressor may not be attached.

Trivia

• Unlike its NX Rare variant, this sniper rifle doesn't have a double zoom, but rather an L115A2/L115A3 scope.
• To make up for its obvious advantages, this gun is only available for purchase at Captain 2, and cannot be obtained through supply cases (MYST-G and Gray HiSec Case ).
• The gun had its power nerfed to be on par with the TPG-1, in the 2-16-2011 Content Update, along with the TRG SE .
