Male-base characters who equips this cosmetic item will wear a pair of bunny ears headset. Female-base characters, in addition to the bunny ears, will also put on a wig with a different style and color on top of their natural hair.
Just like every other cosmetic item, Bunny Ears (Black) does not provide any boosts. It is purely used for cosmetic purposes.
