Codename: Raven (Classic) is a Specialist that was released alongside Desert Fox during the 12/15/10 Content Update.

Classic Raven (along with the other Classic Specialists) were removed from the game after the 5/17/12 Patch. Her current version was re-released from the patch.

Overview

Classic Raven has a 18% Speed boost and 30% increase in Sprint Stamina, with decent protection of a Light Vest. This has caused a "rivalry" between her and Classic Viper in terms of statistics.

As a Specialist, she has access to all the Specialist-Exclusive gear.

Classic Raven was expected to become as popular as Classic Viper thanks to her looks and speed, yet very few players bought her on the first day of her release. At one point, the number of Classic Raven users surpassed those who used Classic Viper as their preferred Specialist.

Trivia

• Classic Raven was the second female Specialist to be released.
  • She was also the first female Mercenary/Specialist to be blonde (excluding the secret Base Character). The first blonde Mercenary/Specialist of any gender was Hauser.
• Classic Raven is the third Mercenary (and second Specialist) to have exposed cleavage. Viper would be the first, and Max is the second.
• Classic Raven is the fastest Specialist in the game. Second would be Classic Captain Souza
• Classic Raven the second specialist without a designated uniform; she just wears a vest and laced sleeves. This is coupled with some ammo packs and a sheathed knife behind her back. Interestingly enough, Hawk was the first specialist to have this distinction, with his decorative military uniform.
• Classic Raven available as an NX Permanent purchase before her discontinuation for the new Codename: Raven.
• Classic Raven has access to the cosmetic item: Raven's Hair.
