Instant Kill (or OHK/OHKO) weapons are items that will always result in a kill; and unlike weapons, they cannot be tanked and their damage cannot be evaded in any way.
True OHKO weapons hardly exist in the game, and the few things that CAN instantly kill a player include being airstruck, getting Nexowned, and going into the Void.
