The 4-08-09 Patch was small breakthrough patch that patched up the game without the player needing to see it load on the Nexon Auto Update application. Though being a minor patch, a lot of new content was introduced including NX items and two Supply Cases.

All future Update Patches would be scheduled to be installed during every last Wednesday of every month. Improved Content Patches would then be added (without the need of shutting down the servers) two weeks later.
